Peerless prowess concerning touching lyrics over intricately well crafted soundscapes infused with breathtakingly dynamic and skilfully executed, utterly beautiful vocals. Mr. David Rhodes still sounds exactly like he always did but manages to take us on new sonic journeys. He continues to know exactly who he is and divulges this via his confessional lyrics on full display. He hasn’t forgotten where he came from and he knows exactly what he’s doing moving forward.
Absolute gem of a musician and this track alone is boundless evidence that there’s still so much he has to offer his listeners. Well worth your time and highly recommended.
