I feel Load is one of those albums that you like more as you mature in age. Yeah this isn’t thrash 80s metal, but that’s what happens when a band goes through change. This is overall a more grungy album which fits the time period of the album’s release. It ain’t for everyone, but It’s one of my favorites, and I love it for what it is.

Why would they re-release this? I still regret having bought it when it first came out. By the way, I’m still a metal head, but this was actually the last Metallica release I ever bought.
