    Bought Nearer My God to Thee because I love the string arrangement. Put it on my son's ipod to fall asleep to. So he's lying in bed, falling asleep, and suddenly people are screaming about dying. Suggest you re-title the song "Nearer My God to Thee (with screaming)" to be more accurate.

    Titanic has been my favorite movie since it came out in '97. I WAS SIX YEARS OLD! My poor parents were nice enough to let me see it 8 times while it was in the theaters. (Seriously, kudos to them for going so many times to a movie that was so long it had an intermission!) Anyway, onto the album: I had two different Titanic soundtracks on CASSETTE TAPES and one included the dialogue like this version. As much as I enjoy listening to the music, I absolutely adore hearing the voices in the background. It really feels like I'm watching the movie in my head. As for the music itself, it has one of my favorite movie scores. Each song fills me with a different emotion - the vocals are hauntingly beautiful, "Take Her to Sea, Mr. Murdoch" gives me a feeling of freedom/adventure, and the "Irish Party in Third Class" makes me want to get up and dance. That's MY idea of a party! Basically this album/movie is perfection.
