  • This is NOT Smooth Jazz!

This is BAD POP! Just LOOK at the Artists! Who is the BONEHEAD that put this together? They have NO CLUE what real Smooth Jazz is!

i have not downloaded any of the titles. I scanned the titles. Which one of these 10 are supposed to be Smooth Jazz? I am not aware of any Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado, Mary J. Blige work in the Smooth Jazz realm. I don't recall even seeing Erykah Badu or Musiq Soulchild listed in any Jazz catalog. Perhaps the Artist heading was put in as a typo. Sorry, i am looking to put together a nice Jazz, Smooth or otherwise, workout playlist, this just isn't it!! Since there isn't a lemon listed in the rating scale, '1' will have to do.

    1) id say that after hearing all the selection in this compilation, ide be running........ running home like crazy so i can delete it from my library. 2) workout...... workout the choices of songs in which people can feel like really working out, not throwin up.

This has a great working out style. Far less dull than most work-out albums.

  • Jazz with a purpose!

May I say that my music taste covers a vast area of genres, JAZZ being one of my favorites followed by Latin beats. That said.. I feel that the title of the album "work out" tells the story. Great JAZZ Stars are sharing with us a portion of their faster paced music; these recollections were selected wisely to provide us with great "workout" pieces/beats; in addition, a great album for long distance driving. Well done!

No I wouldn't call this jazz either, but very good for working out. Or walking.
