  • Great discovery for Ry fans

    The great R and B singers Bobby King and Terry Evans, whom Ry has smartly used on many of his studio records are part of this live band and they nearly steal the show. Jesus on the Mainline is just them and Ry and it grooves better than almost anything else on the record. The band is good, but i miss the great Jim Keltner on drums, who is to Ry what Charlie Watts is to the Stones.
