Anytime you want to take your class to the beach you can with this music. Songs are public teaching space and Senior friendly. This album is great to play during the winter to get everybody thinking warm thoughts. You definitely get your money's worth with this one! Obviously the person that wrote the bad review doesn't understand Fitness Instructors need quality remixes of great workout songs with a consistent BPM at an affordable price. This is a great buy.

This is torture on a disc. It is the equivalent of chinese water tourture. . .just hold down your prisoner and play 40 tracks of glass-shattering tunes. . . .
