Not at all what I expected!!

The songs had some great beats but the whole gospel dance music thing was kinda weird for me. The beats make you wanna get up and shake your booty but then all of a sudden you hear what sounds like a sunday morning sermon going on and that pretty much ruins it!!!
I Dig IT-need some spiritual uplift

beautiful. There are gonna be songs out there about Buddah, the Bible, and every other kind of praise. it's just someone expressing themselves in a soulful way. I thought it had heart and spirit.
Not so groovy

If this was recommended to you because you listen to Kaskade, Miguel Migs, Marques Wyatt, etc, you probably will not like this particular Om album. It has a ver seventies feel to it and is not very good in any way if you prefer the down-tempo house or dance type music. I bought this album because it was recommended based on my past purchases and I found it to be one of the worst albums I've heard.
Groovy Beats, Too Much "Jesus Camp"

I read the other reviews but bought these tracks anyway because I have personally enjoyed a light -- LIGHT -- dusting of gospel mixed into some good dance music in the past, and thought maybe the other reviewers were allergic to any mention of god. I'm not sure about the allergy part, but this tragically groovy beat is OVERloaded with beat-breaks, gospel and preachy lyrics.
It would make a great track for the movie "Jesus Camp". But if you're not takin' it to church, no need to buy this one.

This is a fantastic inspirational mix of house! If you are looking for a great upbeat mix perfect for dancing, working out or even background music at a party, pick this UP! Give it up to Him.
I'm back in church!

I will recommend this to anyone into gospel/church music, this upbeat mix will surely bring friends and family together. However, some of the tracks are dissapointing and you can't make it skip because of it being a continuous mix.
This rocks

Someone's review called this a bit too religous, but the beats, rhythms and singing really rocks!
As a practcing Buddhist, I've got to say one needs to appreciate all things from all cultures. Just as gospel music gets me going, classical music takes me to an inner peace, this mix is at the top of my charts. Download this as fast as you can.
Slightly Gospel, Mostly Phat

House of OM: Groove Junkies is truly a masterpiece in jazzy, block-rockin beats, with a smoothed-out soulful tip. It shoud be mentioned, however, that I found myself wondering if this was a Bible-thumpin' religious message of some sort? There truly is a feeling of "Righteousness" while you're listening to this 2 hour and 40 minute jam, and there really are some phat tracks amoungst "the word." I've come to expect magnificent jams from OM Records, and this album does not disappoint.
Like Sunday Church....

Nice beats, but a few too many religious songs for me. Several of these are a bit preachy, not my taste in dance music. Otherwise, nice grove, lots of horns and fun mixes. Dont care for the continuous mix....you can't just cut to the next track.
Non-stop Bible Thumpin' Preaching (with a dance track)

I am a huge fan of the Om label. I also own and love a few songs that have a bit of that gospel thing going on. However, this is WAY over the top. I feel like I purchased a Sunday morning sermon with a dance track underneath it.
