While this is the better version of the two fake versions of this song on iTunes, I'd spend 1.29 for the original all day long. Please iTunes, Apple, whoever runs this store. Get the original version from Ling Tosite Sigure. They made the song, they should have had it on iTunes first before any of these covers came out. That said to any people tired of waiting like me, get one of these covers. At least it tries to hold to the edge and utter desperation of the original while Pellak just makes it sound like its a sad slow song mourning simple loss. This song is deeper then that! It encompasses sadness, loss, confusion, anger, desperation, disbelief, motivation, the will to carry on, etc etc. Neither of these covers do it real justice but at least Miku and Dj-Jo try to maintain the edge and darkness that the original has. Avoid Pellak if you are reading this review before buying. I don't even need to listen past the first thirty seconds of his preview to tell you he took a song that was far out of his ability to properly cover and did it anyways. That's not to say it wasn't his best shot, probably was. But his best is nothing compared to the original. He took the song and turned it into something to avoid. It doesn't have the soul and anguish that makes it "Unravel" anymore.
