This is one of the few albums in history that I’ve always listened to front to back. I absolutely LOVE this album. I was in my first semester of college when it came out and it brings back so many memories. I even did a persuasive speech in my Oral Communications class which compared rap lyrics to country music lyrics. I was basically saying how rap lyrics and country lyrics are basically the same. Ppl just view rap as bad because there’s curse words but there’s similar lyrics in country music songs. I used “Love is Blind” lyrics and compared them to “Goodbye Earl” by the Dixie Chicks. They’re literally the same song but one is a rap song. My professor who was an avid country music fan was so impressed with my comparison that he recommended me for the debate team at my university 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Sorry for the long story but I LOVE EVE so much and very thankful for her music.
