I've been following this fellow, Joshua Lee Turner, on YouTube for sometime now. He's an impressive instrumentalist and composer, and every time he posts something new - I'm certain it will be incredible. And now he's released his first full length album, As Good As Ever. Blown away might be an understatement. With hints of Joni Mitchell, Crosby Stills and Nash, Paul Simon, Ben Folds, and the Eagles - this album is wrought with originality, charm, nostalgia, and good feels. Please do me a favor and support this young man. He's reminiscent of an era gone by, and very much needed in today's music scene.

This young man is a true musician. growing up playing drums in the 60's and 70's and wasn't anything special, i do have a good ear for real talent. Joshua has it. With all this bubble gum pop music kids listen to today is a shame. Please have young kids all the way to this generation and let them hear and see this young man! Pure TALENT! I have followed Joshua Lee Turner on YouTube for a short time and was impressed by his guitar playing abilities, which are considerable, so I purchased his new album. I was blown away by his song Rockaway. The melody is so delicate and beautiful and the lyrics gentle and playful. It brought to my mind Paul Simon’s style and gifts. Turner has talent. His voice fits this song perfectly. I will closely follow Turner’s musical journey, which, I’m sure will draw attention of many.
