I’m an ancient rocker, not easily moved or prone to hyperbole. That said, I haven’t been so truly gobsmacked by an album like this since the day I first dropped my turntable needle on Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon back in ‘73! I can think of no higher compliment than that…

This is such a beautiful album that I’m currently listening to Chokehold as I write this! It really matches my pre-tween tastes and I will literally fly ALL the way to BRITAIN just to go to their concert. Also being a gamer girl, I was so shocked and was also laughing so hard when I found out the singer once played a literal NINTENDO SWITCH onstage during The Summoning!🫠If I could give it 100 stars, I would. Immediately.

I just found these guys and I love the new album. What an excellent mix of mellow and heaviness. Some of the songs are very catchy. I wish these guys would do a US tour. They’re pretty amazing.!!!

As someone who likes hard rock and metal this album is a little to slow for me. However it does have a few good songs.

This band has restored my faith in newer music. I was born in the 80’s and this band reminds me of what I would have listened to in the 90’s/ early 2000’s. They literally have me in a chokehold (no pun intended). Very talented. Haven’t heard anything this good in SUCH a long time.

I can’t imagine that it gets any better than this. The way I ate up every single song, every lyric, every feeling. ST has consumed me. Nothing lasts forever but I wish I could live on this high eternally.

Honestly I wish they’ll do more like this album. As a fan of multiple genres, it’s great to have my favorite bands dip into other types of music. Especially all at once

Ignore the haters, Sleep Token is taking heavier music to the next level. Some people can’t handle change and it is apparent. You know you’ve made it big when people start whining for no reason!

I love Vessels voice and this music covers and mixes so many genres! Give it a try

It’s hardly even Metal. It sounds like pop music mixed with trap beats with a hint of rap every once in a while but other times there’s genuinely some powerful singing and and when it happens it sounds powerful but sadly the lyrics of some songs don’t make a whole lot of sense and EVENTUALLY guitar comes in (sometimes after the song is already halfway over though and is there honestly just for a slightly poor excuse for dramatic effect and doesn’t sound complicated, it sounds basic). I see what they’re trying to do but I honestly feel that the music would sound even more dramatic and powerful if they used some more guitar and cut the rap trap type beats. Don’t get me wrong, I like it, but after like 3 days now, I’m already getting tired of it. Metal musicians today are always saying things like “pop is horrible”…………..🤷 You see where we’re going now with “metal”
