Does anyone else feel and understand how good this work is? How? This will be in constant rotation for weeks! I can’t wait to go back to work so I can listen to it uninterrupted for hours. Just incredible. 2 solid albums in a row. I can imagine stepping into the studio when they were mixing and being floored. Thank you Djo.

This album has to be the ‘good feel’ album of the year. No fillers on this album, every song is a nugget.

I feel like i’m listening to a 70s record, and that’s thrilling. Beautiful sounds, and beautiful-er lyrics :) It’s sometimes easy to hear Djo’s inspirations, and other times it’s less easy, HOWEVER needless to say it’s ALL just Djo and not those inspirations that pull this record to be something so special. It’s a comforting feeling to hear, or to see vulnerability in one’s music and just art in general. It’s especially comforting when you know someone has felt the way you, yourself have felt at some point. When you can relate, and feel it, and it’s relayed so plainly and right in front of you. It makes you feel less alone. All the moments of “ahh.. man i get that 😮‍💨” are like blankets to my ears. I’m appreciative of the glance that we the audience are able to take into Djo’s feelings and thoughts as we sink into this record. “Egg” i felt most drawn to, the most relatable, deepest track, specifically that bridge. I had to take a gulp and I froze almost as if i had some therapist explaining to me what is wrong with me. Stellar vocals, and magnificent production along with the vulnerability of Djo results in an emotional, groovy, relatable record that keeps you crawling back to it no matter how many times you’ve listened to it. p.s. i truly laughed out loud when i heard charlie’s heatons voice on “charlie’s garden”

Djo’s new album is an awesome mix of sounds from the 70s, 80s, and modern pop.

This dude is, uh….talented. Delete ya is honestly the only song that’s cut me that deep in a very long, and Basic is hilarious and pointed…both songs pretty much define someone I used to know lol
