I have enjoyed Miguel Migs for the past few years; his studio work has consistantly met high standards. His nu-jazz flavor of expression represents the essence of great music. If you love electronic vibes, hypnotic vocals, and the thumping of cymbals and drums, then you will love Those Things (Remixed). Definitely check out- Mesmerized and So Far!

Just about every song is pretty good. If rock music never bottomed out and didn't become so commercial, you would of never heard about Miguel Migs or Kaskade. I love this style of music and I hope it never gets so popular that all the artists sell out for huge record deals. It has such a smooth sound, but isn't really techno, dance, or disco. It truely has a fresh distinct sound.
The groove is so funky James Brown and Marley are dancing in Heaven...the brotha has soul. ;)

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, A number 1 remix cd from a number 1 dj. Cant wait till I take my dj lessons. (I'm inspired) Migs is the platinum standard. Funky, cutting edge yet danceable, like fresh air. I can freestyle, Samba, Salsa, Merengue, Punta, Bachata, Cha cha cha, Soul Line Dance or even Line Dance. It's magically delicious. Is that Maceo on Let Me Be?

Love this guy's music. He's got smooth dance mix skills. If you're into the more hardcore dance stuff, then this probably isn't the artist for you, but if you are into the normal dance stuff, then I highly recommend him for you. You won't be disappointed.

I'm a fan of nu-jazz and electronic. This is the perfect mix of both. I never knew that this album would have come out, because it's impossible to imagine releasing from (Dub)le M. (That's my nickname for him...) I'm sure Mark de Clive-Lowe would have loved to remix and buy the whole CD.
1. Sometime (Crazy P***s Superfunk Remix) (3/10)
2. Those Things (Simon Grey Phase II Vocal) (10+/10) - I wish there was an instrumental
3. Make Things Happen (Miguel Mgs Stripped Down Vocal) (1/10) - poorly mixed.
4. Giving It All (Miguel Migs Dub Deluxe) (10/10)
5. Fire (Faze Action Afrotonic Re-Rub) (10/10)
6. So Far (RF Farplane Radio Edit) (8/10)
7. Let Me Be (Miguel Migs Salted Vocal) (10/10)
8. Can't Get Through (MB Deep Vocal) (8/10)
9. Mesmerized (Alix Alvarez Sole Channel) (10/10)
10. So Far (EOSRD) (9/10) - a great club hit.
11. Side 2 Side - I'm not sure what to rate, but he should have gotten Bugz in the Attic to remix it or cut it off the remix CD and make the original a bonus track.
12. Fire (Cottonbelly Remix) (7/10) - sounds like a 70's/80s spy film
13. Shake It Up (J-Boogie Mix) (6/10) - they could have losed the rap.
14. Get Down (DC Spring Vocal) (9/10) - a great ending to an overall great record.
