Great sound- straightforward yet musically rich. Catchy pop-type melodies, but still unique enough so it feels like you discovered them just for yourself. I'm rooting for them to make it big.

Tremendously tuneful disk from the guys who brought us Lotus Child's "Gossip Diet." The variety keeps the collection from ever becoming set in its ways, and the soaring vocals and emotive keyboarding add a great deal of depth to each song. "No Talking" came out seemingly ages ago on their MySpace page, so I eagerly awaited a new CD. I was not disappointed!

The creative minds from Lotus Child are back as a new group that feature the same catchy music stylings from their previous incarnation. The songs are well done and soulful, crafted by a couple of guys that know a thing or two about how to write, perform, and engineer good, honest music. While I can't say that every single song was a 'home run' for me- 'Body Ash' I'm not too fond of, I can say there's something on this album for just about everyone to enjoy. For me, the highlight of Tic Toc Tic is the first song, 'You're Too Cool'. I liked it so much I was compelled to get the whole album, and was very pleased I did. The Zolas have a great "first" album and I look forward to see what they come up with next!
