Good but missing things

An absolutely beautiful album of Peter Conte's superb playing. I only wish that it included all of the works that the actual CD has rather than just the five available for download, otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars. It is a shame the entire version isn't available. Where is Fox's Come Sweet Death that the actual album has?
