I love the new drummer he’s great but sometimes I miss this guy. He really had a unique style and way that he pounded on these things. This album is still by far one of their best I love the 45 that followed it but I don’t know this one just has a sound, but I always come back to you
  • It still sounds fresh and modern.

This album is got to be one of the band’s heaviest albums. Plenty of good songs. Worth listening to
  • Their peak work.

Korn changes their sound often but they can never beat this record as it is their pinnacle of raw emotion and originality. It’s their most violent and awesome music to date and still gives me chills since I got into them back in 94.

  • The birth of nu metal

This album laid out the groundwork for what is nu metal. The first Korn album is dark, creepy, at times silly, and is the perfect introduction to who they are as a band, and the genre of nu metal.

This is a golden album. Very disturbing and unsettling at times but it is just so raw and so real and doesn’t hold back at all. You can almost feel the pain of what Johnathan Davis has been through. Truely remarkable. Just the anger and heart in this album is so good. Honestly a 10/10 for me.
