This is seriously one of the best Hawaiian albums to come along in a few years, such a unique pick of songs, well rounded, with a refreshing yet very recognizable, nostalgic old Hawaiian sound. Ikaika, Hale and Keoniʻs blend is a total match made from heaven, harmonies soaring, with a mix of low voices and then ABOVE the rafters with majestic ends to Niʻihau and Lei Puakenikeni, Sweet Lei Lehua takes you back to a time of big band Hawaiian orchestraʻs, Aliʻipoe, is simply breathtaking, and the Trombone "hoʻokani" is beyond perfect for The Carburetor Song, just to describe a few. If you love real Hawaiian music, you will NOT be dissapointed, please buy and SUPPORT NA HOA. This project has kept people waiting for a long time, so happy that it is finally here.
