This is such a hot fresh video. Everyone seems to think these girls are the next DC, but they are so much more than that. I hope thier label supports them so they can blow up! PCD take note: people like groups were everyone sings not just a lead and 4 backup dancers.
OMG! wow

Driving beat, four girls who can all carry a tune and then some. People will run comparisons with DC and Beyonce, but these girls have enough talent to stand on their own. Can't wait for the full album.
Group to watch

Out of the new crop of girl groups especially, Richgirl are the ones to watch. With four charismatic leads with the vocal chops to match their beauty, they appeal to the widest range of audiences. There hasn't been a new artist this exciting in a while. Rich Harrison's great beats are the perfect backdrop for their sassiness and I have a strong feeling this is just the beginning of what we'll see of these ladies. In the group's debut video "He Ain't With Me Now (Tho)," we do see a few jarring likenesses between Richgirl and Destiny's Child, but they are mainly aestetic similarities. The video is a sexy and frenetic piece directed (quite well) by Ray Kay, and it serves as the perfect promotional introduction for the group. If their label Jive is smart, in order to build on this buzz, they'll spend all of their money on Richgirl!
