I discovered this band via Elton John's Rocket Hour when he played "A Trick of the Light", and I listened on repeat as I eagerly waited for "The Art of Pretending to Swim" to come out. Well, it has now, and it has become of my favorite records of all time. It's pretty rare that you come across an entire album which is amazing start to finish, but this one qualifies. 5 stars, easy. It's so good that I decided to buy it, despite streaming services disincentivizing me to do so. It played a part in my decision to cancel my Apple Music subscription and narrow my catalog. You can be sure that this album is a part of that catalog. Great Job, Conor.
